Eligibility: Returns are accepted on items in original condition that have not been used, altered, or damaged. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is highly recommended, as receipt of the returned item cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged Items
Great care is taken in packaging items to ensure safe arrival. Should an item arrive damaged, a prompt resolution will be provided.

Reporting Damage: Please contact info@sofiakemm.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Inclusion of clear images showing the damaged item(s) and the packaging is required to process the claim.

Refund or Replacement: Upon review of the damage, a full refund to the original payment method or store credit will be offered. The cost of shipping the damaged item back to the studio will be fully covered.
