By using this site you agree to the below Terms and Conditions for the supply of goods through Gild My Style online store (www.gildmystyle.com) Gild My Style Ltd.
Pricing
The prices listed on this site or in any printed publications are correct at the time of publication and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notification.
All prices on the Gild My Style website are shown in GBP (UK Pounds) and are inclusive of VAT. UK VAT will be deducted at checkout for items delivered to non UK/EU customers. For customers purchasing outside the UK please select a currency from the drop down menu on then home page.The final price will be calculated by your card issuer in accordance with the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing your transaction.
Order Acceptance and Confirmation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Once orders have been paid for you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order to the email address provided on your order form. This email is a confirmation that we have received your order.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Gild My Style will be completed when the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or if there is an error in pricing or content. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you by way of compensation other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.
Order Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel your contract with us for goods purchased within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To cancel your contract you must notify us of your decision to cancel by email to sales@gildmystyle.com using the subject heading “Cancellation” and supplying your order number and address.
You will then be sent a Returns Form, which you will need to fill out and email back to us (sales@gildmystyle.com)
This form will have instructions and the address to return your item to.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your email concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Any returns after the period stated above will be at the discretion of Gild My Style.
All goods must be returned in their original condition including packaging to Gild My Style. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and we suggest you use a secure delivery service that requires a signature for proof of receipt. You will have to provide your proof of purchase from Gild My Style in order to receive a refund.
If you receive an incorrect order we will correct the matter as soon as possible and in accordance with stock availability. Please contact us through the contact form on our website or via sales@gildmystyle.com and we will instruct how to return the goods.
Should an item display a manufacturing fault it can be returned up to a period of 21 days after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and repaired where possible. Any damage deemed to be a result of normal wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If an item deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same product is not available you will be entitled to a full refund. Items that are not faulty may be able to be repaired for a charge dependent upon the costs of repair and return shipping upon agreement of the customer.
We will refund the cost of the item(s) once the goods are returned and in the condition they were delivered to you.. Refunds will be made within 10 working days upon receipt of these returned item(s). Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including VAT for all EU country shipments but excluding delivery charge. International customs charges, duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 10 working days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
(b) if there were no goods supplied, 10 working days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item (s) back.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 7 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 7 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from damage incurred whilst the item is in your care.
Payment
By purchasing on this site you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit and any other methods that may be advertised on the site. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Shopify Payments or Pay Pal, which are secure online payment gateways which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Delivery
You will receive a dispatch notice once your order has been sent out for delivery. Our delivery charges are set out in our website. We will deliver the goods to the delivery address provided at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is someone to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. Gild My Style insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Any import duties or taxes charged in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Gild My Style are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

All site content including logo, photographs, and designs (except for third party links) are the property of gildmystyle.com. Copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited without permission.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site.
